Are you efficient and detail oriented? Provide effective support to our clinical teams so we can in turn provide the best health care to our patients.
What you’ll do
Arrange adhoc and standing meetings as directed, books meeting rooms and circulates notices and agenda.
Attend a variety of project/team meetings to record proceedings, prepares minutes/reports and takes follow up action as a result of such meetings.
Use a Word Processing package types a variety of project documents such as correspondence, memos, issues reports, budget status, signoff sheets by transcribing from dictation and/or written draft.
Set up and maintain filing system for project materials such as correspondence, project plans, project issues lists.
Access Excel spreadsheets and Project to input data and print reports.
Compose routine correspondence from verbal and written instructions and submits for approval and signature.
Coordinate the work flow of assigned area by organizing operating procedures such as ordering supplies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you bring
Grade 12, graduation from a recognized secretarial program, supplemented by three years’ recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Deal with others effectively.
Physical ability to carry out duties of the position.
Operate related equipment.
Type 60 wpm.
