The Store Manager is an integral leadership role within the Freson Bros. (Fresh Market) - Edmonton, Alberta store and Freson Bros. company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the retail food industry
- A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a retail environment
- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
- Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs
- A passion for leading and developing others
- Ability to work different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead all departments harmoniously to:
- Create positive customer experiences
- Increase profitability and reach the goals and objectives of each department
- Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record and invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts
- Schedule Team Members to ensure that customer needs are met
- Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed
- Implement effective recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team
- Complete performance reviews, departmental reports, etc. to gauge progress throughout the store
- Train, develop, and motivate Team Members
- Resolve customer and Team member concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience
- Champion the Freson Bros. Brand and culture by modelling our qualities of Drive, Integrity, and Growth

- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 / year
