Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the timely preparation of high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant’s standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and experience in a fast-paced food service environment. Also willing to work at multiple locations. (Burnaby, Coquitlam)
Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and tools
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods, ensuring smooth service flow
- Follow serving protocols when delivering dishes to ensure proper presentation and portion control
Must have experience and food safe is required
Pay: $17.85-$26.00 per hour
