Smoothie Bowl Crew Member (Seasonal/Casual)
Stormy's Food Truck is looking for a reliable, energetic person to join our team for the remainder of our busy season!
This is a casual, seasonal position working at events throughout the Fraser Valley. Hours vary depending widely depending on bookings, making it a great fit for someone with a flexible schedule looking to earn extra income while working fun events.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making smoothies and smoothie bowls quickly and consistently
- Setting up and packing down the food truck at events
- Keeping the truck clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Providing friendly customer service and creating a great experience for guests
- Working alongside a fun, hardworking team at festivals, markets, schools, and community events
What We're Looking For
- Lives in or near Chilliwack
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Fast learner who can handle busy rushes
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment
- Enjoys working with families and kids
- Food Safe certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- Must have your own vehicle to travel to events around the Fraser Valley
Availability Requirements
- Available Fridays through Sundays, plus occasional weekdays
- Must be available throughout September and October
- Must have flexibility for weekday daytime shifts, including mornings and afternoons
- Because many of our events take place during regular school and business hours, this role is best suited for someone with open weekday availability
- We are able to work around another job/university as our hours are inconsistent - we will usually know in advance so it's perfect if you have another job that can be flexible

A Few Things to Know
This is a seasonal position running through October. Hours are casual and vary based on event bookings, but schedules are typically provided at least a week in advance.
Please note that many shifts occur on weekday mornings and afternoons throughout July - October. Applicants whose availability is limited to evenings, weekends, or school holidays are unlikely to be a good fit for this position.
