We are a window and door manufacturing company, specializing in high-quality aluminum and PVC products for the Canadian market. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in assembly processes. This role involves working with various hand and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production drawings.
- Measure, cut, and prepare aluminum/PVC profiles and related components.
- Assemble frames, sashes, glass panes, gaskets, and hardware.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines when handling glass and heavy materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Operate forklift as needed on the movement of materials in the warehouse
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Flexibility to assist with various tasks in the production/installation process
- Preferred: Experience in assembly of aluminum commercial doors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in window/door assembly, preferably with European systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Travel flexibility for assistance in the Montreal and Ottawa facilities
