What You'll Do:
- Deliver warm, thoughtful customer service across both our retail and lunch-service operations
- Assist with in-store purchases, transactions, and product recommendations
- Maintain high standards of product presentation and cleanliness
- Keep up with the pace of a very busy shop and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Support and help manage in-store events and pop-ups, including setup and guest interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, Instagram, and in-person
- Contribute to general admin tasks (Google Suite, Shopify, etc)
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

- Experience in retail, hospitality, or small business operations
- Interest in the food & hospitality industry (especially pertaining to Italian cuisine)
- Not a full-time student

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
