Fine dining restaurant in downtown Collingwood located in the Dorchester Hotel. We are hospitality driven and have a strict focus on service style and quality food/drink.
We hold a high standard and looking for a candidate with professional experience with passion for the industry. Candidate must have experience with working various stations: hot-side cooking proteins, sauté, garde manger, etc..
Pay will be determined based on skills and experience. 3 years experience minimum. Candidate is expected to stage for multiple shifts before full commitment.
