Application/Software Architect (MD-LAASA-0255N)
Hybrid: Remote or on-site Gatineau (NCR)
DESCRIPTION: Nortak Software is currently seeking Application/Software Architects with the following qualifications:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience as an Application/Software Architect
- Minimum sixty (60) months of experience within the last twenty-five (25) years defining, designing, governing, and modernizing application architectures for web applications and API-based solutions in environments utilizing PHP and related technologies
- Minimum sixty (60) months of experience within the last twenty-five (25) years defining application architecture, technical frameworks, integration patterns, and technology standards for enterprise applications utilizing PHP and/or C/C++
- Minimum sixty (60) months of experience within the last twenty-five (25) years designing application architectures involving integration with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle
- Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security screening granted by CSP/PSPC
RATED CRITERIA:
- Relevant college diploma or university degree in IM/IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized Canadian institution (program completed)
- Experience as a Level 3 Application/Software Architect (Legacy) in PHP, Java, or C/C++ environments
- Minimum sixty (60) months of experience defining, designing, governing, and modernizing application architectures for web applications and API-based solutions in environments utilizing PHP and related technologies
