WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Laser hair removal technician at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you will be working alongside the most skilled and trained skin therapists and estheticians in the world, providing each client with exceptional service and results. You are an expert at resolving skin concerns and will customize each treatment to your client’s needs. You will recommend our professional products and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all clients with a warm, generous and inviting customer service
- Work with clients to explain treatment prior to their appointment as well as offer add-ons to their experience
- Promote health and wellness benefits of treatments
- Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as treatment frequency
- Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product lines
- Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
- Application of safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep the database up to date
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Medical Aesthetician and Laser Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing laser services
- Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
- Schedule flexibility - available evenings and weekends
- Strong team player
- Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
