We started out as the VERY FIRST mobile wheel Repair company in British Columbia back in 2002 and have grown to many mobile units in order to service the Great Vancouver , Fraser valley and Vancouver island market.
In order to meet the demands of the changing market and our customer’s needs, we have expanded from our mobile repair units to and full state of the art remanufacturing facility in Richmond, BC. that includes powder coating.
We are a busy Alloy Wheel Repair production shop and growing daily because of our reputation of trust and reliability.
We are currently looking for a out going friendlyfront counter customer service person that’s comfortable on the phone, in person with the customers, a true multi tasker MUST have clear understanding of different types of finishes on wheels.
As a result of this continued growth, we are looking to add a Full-time, Customer-focused front counter person to add to our team…one who has the ability to take ownership of ensuring the customer’s complete satisfaction and foster positive relationships with co-workers.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Owner, the key areas of responsibility for the successful candidate will be to:
*Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries
*Inspect incoming Alloy Wheels, confirm damage appraisals, are priced accordingly and time line given.
*Source, order and receive required supplies, ensuring work is delivered timely.
*Implement and ensure quality control process are in place and followed
*Participate in daily production update meeting

Qualifications and Experience
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer experience in the automotive, body shop or related industry and should be able to demonstrate:
*Working knowledge of all departments, tires, prep/paint, welding, CNC operation, bonus
* Knowledge and understanding of work flow and meeting timelines.
*Solid customer service and administrative skills; able to effectively organize and prioritize tasks to ensure on-time completion
*Tact and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of personnel as well as the public
*Strong work ethic and desire to continue to learn and improve their abilities
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
*Possession of a Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract
Logistical Requirements
The Shop is open to customers (mainly wholesale accounts) five days a week-Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm. This is a full-time position that may require working extended hours, and some Saturdays, in order to meet deadlines based on the needs of the business.
We offer competitive Salary based on experience, Extended medical and dental after 120 days.
You must be living in the lower mainland - we are NOT interested in sponsoring anyone into the country.
