Northstone Ltd. is looking for 1–2 appointment setters to join our Calgary roofing pilot.
The role involves going door to door, speaking with homeowners and booking appointments for our roofing team. You will be walking for several hours, so you must be comfortable working outside.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong people skills and a positive attitude
- Is reliable, coachable and comfortable approaching homeowners
- Has their own vehicle or reliable transportation
- Has a working phone
- Can work evenings and Saturdays
Previous sales or door-knocking experience is preferred but not required. Training, company scripts and support will be provided.
This will begin as a paid trial, with the opportunity for ongoing work based on performance.
