Job Summary
We are seeking reliable Production Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Mississauga, ON within a food and beverage production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on general labour experience in manufacturing who are comfortable working in a fast-paced facility and contributing to safe, efficient production operations.
As a Production Associate, you will support packaging, palletizing, product transfer, equipment monitoring, and general production line activities. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automatic palletizing equipment to sort, transfer, stack, and prepare finished products for movement.
- Read production schedules, delivery instructions, and stacking patterns to ensure product is arranged correctly on pallets.
- Clear equipment jams safely, report malfunctions to supervisors, and support smooth production flow.
- Perform light packaging, product handling, and general labour tasks throughout the facility as required.
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, floors, and tools according to GMP, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including PPE requirements, WHMIS 2015, lockout procedures, and company safety policies.
