Child Safe Canada is seeking a dedicated individual to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will thrive in a small, busy office, able to prioritize tasks, multi-task effectively, and stay organized and focused.

Hours of Work:
Job Duties:
- Customer service and support.
- Respond to telephone inquiries and process registrations.
- Coordinate with the Director on projects and special initiatives as required.
- Program scheduling, bookings, and logistics.
- Manage program licensee accounts, including records, orders, and billing coordination.
- Create and coordinate social media content for Facebook and Instagram, newsletters, and program promotions.
- Liaise with school boards, community partners, and external agencies.
- Coordination of program materials and supplies.
- Act as the Health and Safety Representative and support COR compliance requirements (training provided).

Other Requirements:
- Must successfully obtain a Police Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Welfare Screening Check.
- Must be physically able to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs and reach high and low shelves as required.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Previous experience working with children, particularly in an education or program setting, is considered an asset.
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation is considered an asset.
Pay: $27.01-$30.01 per hour
