We're seeking a System Administrator & Support Specialist to report to the Director of IT. The System Administrator & Support Specialist will be the rock of our IT support desk and will work closely with our Director of IT on executing technical strategies that align with the studio's goals and best practices.
As a vital team member, you will troubleshoot remote and in office related IT issues for employees at all levels within HPA.
As a System Administrator & Support Specialist will be:
- Providing IT support for department projects, execution, mission, and efficacy
- Willing and able to collaborate, communicate with all HPA people and departments
- Bringing creative strategies and improvement opportunities to the table with the Director of IT
- Support the development of cybersecurity strategy that eliminates security risks and vulnerabilities
- Main point of contact for IT support desk
- Continuously pursuing professional development to stay up to date on the latest trends and developments
- Providing coordination for Director of IT on records management, reports and documentation
- Performing IT tasks, such as software updates, to ensure maximum availability and minimal downtime
- Collaborating with Director of IT on manager networking and disaster recovery process
- Implementing IT training when required for new hires and existing employees.

To help you in achieving your objectives, you will have:
- 3-5 years of experience specifically in IT support.
- Providing technical support for A/V presentation equipment in a corporate/SMB environment
- Firm grasp of prioritization and time management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years minimum IT experience in a Windows network environment, but Microsoft certified engineer certification not required.
- Experience with supporting and managing iOS/Apple devices.
- Working knowledge of MS productivity tools
- Exposure to video conferencing software – Zoom, Webex, Teams
- Familiarity with remote desktop management software
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe, and 3D modelling software is a bonus
