We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team in Muskoka.
Working on a variety of high-end residential developments, civil construction projects, site servicing, and excavation projects, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship, productivity, and professionalism.
We're looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and take ownership of their work. Whether operating excavators, dozers, loaders, or grading equipment, you understand how to work efficiently, safely, and as part of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- - Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- - Perform excavation, grading, trenching, site preparation, and material handling activities.
- - Work closely with supervisors, foremen, and ground crews to achieve daily production goals.
- - Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and utility markings.
- - Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- - Follow all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- - Experience operating excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, or other heavy equipment.
- - Strong understanding of excavation, grading, and site development practices.
- - Ability to work safely around underground utilities and active construction operations.
- - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team.
- - Ability to take direction and communicate effectively on site.
- - Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
