In-Person Position
$3,000 - $4,000/Month Base + Commission + Bonuses

Someone who reads sales books for fun.
Someone who attends sales training on their own time.
Someone who studies communication, persuasion, negotiation, influence, follow-up, and relationship building because they genuinely enjoy it.
Someone who understands that sales is a profession, not a job.
We are not looking for someone who simply works in sales. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales.
If that doesn't sound like you, this role probably isn't a fit.
This is a full-time, in-person, performance-driven role.
You will be expected to work approximately 45+ hours per week, 6 days per week.
Hard work does not scare you.
Following up does not annoy you.
You understand that opportunities are often won by the person who follows up one more time than everyone else.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound event inquiries
- Calling, texting, emailing, and following up with prospects
- Building relationships with businesses, schools, community organizations, cultural groups, religious organizations, and referral partners
- Generating new opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and business development
- Visiting community organizations and partners when required
- Filling our event calendar with bookings
- Managing your pipeline and opportunities
- Representing the organization professionally within the community
Requirements:
- Fluent English (Mandatory)
- Fluent Urdu/Hindi (Mandatory)
- Fluent Punjabi (Mandatory)
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Own vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and presentation software
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation:
- $3,000/month base compensation
- Commission opportunities

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
