Relationships change lives.
That belief has guided Bliss Counselling + Psychotherapy for more than 13 years.
We've built a practice where clients feel genuinely seen, therapists feel supported, and meaningful clinical work happens every day.
We're looking for a thoughtful, skilled therapist to join our Kitchener-Waterloo team.
This is an in-person opportunity for someone who cares deeply about their clinical craft and wants to be part of an established, collaborative practice.
You might be a great fit if...
- You are endlessly curious about people.
- You believe the therapeutic relationship matters as much as the interventions you use.
- You continue investing in your growth because you know great therapists are always learning.
- You enjoy thoughtful consultation and appreciate colleagues who challenge and support one another.
- You value humility, integrity, and bringing your authentic self into the room.
- You are looking for a team where people genuinely care about the work and about each other.
What you'll bring
You are:
- A Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker in good standing with your regulatory college.
- Experienced in providing individual and/or couples therapy, with at least two years of clinical experience preferred.
- Available for a minimum of 15 to 20 client hours per week.
- Able to provide therapy in person at our Kitchener-Waterloo office.
- Available for a combination of daytime, evening, and/or weekend hours.
Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:
- EMDR
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Couples and relationship therapy
- Sex therapy
- Attachment based approaches
Why therapists choose Bliss
