Responsibilities

- Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional recommendations.
- Upsell retail products that complement client treatments to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, assisting with appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and salon products through ongoing education.
