As our next Landscape Designer, you’ll be the creative force behind premium residential projects — collaborating with clients and field teams to produce both beautiful and functional outdoor spaces. You’ll generate concept renderings, detailed plans, cost estimates, and ensure every design is executed flawlessly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create 2D/3D concept drawings and digital renderings
- Draft construction-ready plans: hardscape, planting, lighting and irrigation
- Conduct site visits for measurements, documentation, and consultation with clients
- Develop cost estimates for project duties
- Specify plant and material finishings aligned with client requirements and site conditions
- Collaborate with suppliers to explore materials and cost-effective options
- Support the team through client communication and assistance with permit application
- Stay proactive in bringing innovative ideas in design, materials, and sustainability
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or diploma in Landscape Design and / or Architecture, Horticulture, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in landscape design (residential focus ideal)
- Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, or similar software
- Strong horticultural knowledge: plant species and planting design
- Excellent digital layout and rendering skills
- High attention to detail, with strong communication and project intake abilities
- Comfortable with meeting clients on-site and site measuaring
- Professional, client-focused, tech-savvy, and deadline-driven

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
