Class 1 Truck Driver
Are you an experienced Class One Driver with a excellent driving record ? Burghardt Transport Ltd. is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. With over 5 years of driving experience, you could be a valuable addition to our team
Responsibilities:
- Transport: Pick up bulk milk from various farms throughout Western Nova Scotia and deliver to various dairy processing plants in HRM
- Grading: Perform detailed bulk milk grading evaluations to make sure it meets quality standards and specifications. Training will be provided.
- Vehicle Inspection: Inspect vehicles for mechanical items, safety issues, and perform minor preventative maintenance. Maintain an impeccable driving record
- Schedule Management: Meet daily pickup and delivery schedules.

Requirements:
- Class one driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience (Tanker experience is an asset).
- A clean driver's abstract (must be provided by applicant prior to interview).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Farm experience is an asset.
