As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, including food preparation, handling, and assisting customers with their orders. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness is essential.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Handle food products safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and work as part of a team.
