Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our solar energy solutions to residential customers. Key responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, generating leads, presenting proposals, and closing sales. A strong background in sales and/or renewable energy is an asset.
Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
-Educating homeowners about the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Meeting with potential clients to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Present proposals to clients online or in their homes and follow up as necessary.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
-Generate and follow up on leads to secure new business.
-Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships.
-Stay up to date with industry trends, incentive programs, and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
-Proven track record in sales, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or related field.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Assets (preferred but not required):
-Degree or certification in sales or marketing
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy
-Previous experience with solar installations or solar sales training

Job Schedule:
-Full-time position - 5 days x 8 hours/day
-Weekends as needed
