Prospectors/ Key Account Managers at TVape will deal with a wide variety of clients from Brick and Mortar stores to online stores, dispensaries, major public corporations and medical companies working in the cannabis industry. You will be gaining experience working in an organization that is the leading online vaporizer retailer in Canada and has started its rapid expansion in to the US and European markets via exclusive brands only available through TVape. We have been growing rapidly since 2009 and have quickly become the premier source for vaporizer-related information in the world.
Transition to Account Manager Role:
Our top earners transition from a Prospector to a Key Account Manager role. Prospectors/ Key Account Managers who are not performing at a high level will not be kept, as our reputation, products, and sales leads; provide an ample opportunity for selling.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide prompt phone/email follow up to all inbound calls/leads
- Properly document and track results of all conversations with leads
- Find and follow wholesale leads
- Building your wholesale client book for the Canadian, European or US markets based on management directive.
- Knowledgeable and Passionate about vaporizers
- Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communication skills
- Strong listening skills and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly build strong rapport and keep customers engaged
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment
- College or University degree preferred, but not required with a proven sales track record
- Proven ability to find leads isn’t required but is preferred
