Junior Accountant (Entry-Level | Growth Opportunity)
Location: Richmond, BC (Hybrid, one-day remote)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Process and verify vendor invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support accounts payable operations, including weekly payments (EFT, cheques, tax payments)
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries with professionalism and timeliness
- Assist with invoice coding, approvals, and tracking across departments
- Contribute to intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Support month-end and quarter-end processes, including working papers and financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume accounts payable or accounting
- Degree or diploma in Accounting or related field (or currently enrolled in this)
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable reprioritizing in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to accounts payable or general accounting processes
- Experience working in multi-entity corporate environment
- Experience with ERP, accounting software experience would be beneficial
