Cedarwood Contracting Ltd. is currently hiring 2 full-time Commercial Lawn Maintenance Specialists to join our growing team.

As a Commercial Lawn Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for safely operating a company truck and trailer, maintaining a scheduled route, working alongside your crew, and ensuring every property is completed to Cedarwood's high standard.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company truck and trailer
- Operate commercial zero-turn mowers and other lawn maintenance equipment
- Complete scheduled properties efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
- String trim, edge landscape beds, and blow off all hard surfaces
- Perform mulching, weeding, shrub and hedge trimming
- Complete spring and fall property cleanups
- Pick up litter and keep properties looking their best
- Communicate effectively with crew members, clients, and management
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain company equipment
- Represent Cedarwood Contracting professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional lawn maintenance or landscape maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience towing a truck and trailer is considered an asset
- Confident operating commercial zero-turn mowers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing manual labour throughout the day

Winter Employment (November–April)
Employees interested in year-round employment have the opportunity to transition into our commercial snow removal division during the winter season. Positions include snow shoveling and equipment operation based on experience and qualifications.
