We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and evidence-based Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopaedic conditions while creating individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve their functional goals. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient-centred care in a supportive and modern clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and other appropriate modalities.
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and wellness.
- Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and compliance with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario regulations.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
