About the Role:
R&B Properties is looking for a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining residential properties, this role is a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs inside residential units
- Handle exterior upkeep and minor repair work
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Use your own tools to complete assigned tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Own set of maintenance tools
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills when interacting with tenants and team members
