What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of dental administration or office management experience
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Experience in patient retention, schedule optimization, and practice growth
- Strong understanding of treatment coordination and patient experience
- Comfortable working in a non-assignment, fee-for-service environment
- Experience with Cleardent software is considered a strong asset
- Professional, polished, and confident in a high-expectation practice setting
About the Role
As Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice while helping support long-term growth and team success.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting the administrative team
- Optimizing scheduling and operational workflows
- Supporting patient communication and treatment acceptance
- Driving patient retention and new patient experience
- Helping foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture
- Partnering closely with doctors and leadership to support practice goals
This role is ideal for an experienced dental professional who brings both strong operational skills and emotional intelligence, and who takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient and team experience.
Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
