Position Overview
The Wellness Concierge is a key client-facing role at Supernatural. You will guide clients through their wellness journey, educate them on our services, coordinate personalized treatment plans, and ensure every client receives a high-touch, seamless experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, longevity, aesthetics, and client care. You should be confident speaking with clients, comfortable learning about advanced wellness technologies, and highly organized when coordinating care across multiple services and providers.
The Wellness Concierge acts as the bridge between the client, our medical team, service providers, and the broader Supernatural experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Education
Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted point of contact for clients, helping them understand Supernatural’s wellness, aesthetics, recovery, and longevity services.
Consultations & Onboarding
Conduct client onboarding conversations, understand client goals, and recommend appropriate wellness pathways based on their needs and interests.
Personalized Wellness Coordination
Help coordinate customized client plans that may include services such as red light therapy, PEMF, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV therapy, medical aesthetics, body treatments, diagnostics, recovery technologies, and other wellness protocols.
Service & Provider Coordination
Work closely with nurses, medical providers, health coaches, aestheticians, and the concierge team to ensure clients receive an integrated and seamless experience.
Membership & Client Retention
Support client membership growth and retention by building strong relationships, following up proactively, and helping clients stay engaged with their wellness plans.
Client Communication
Maintain ongoing communication with clients before and after visits, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and cared for at every stage.
Technology & CRM Use
Use booking systems, CRM tools, client notes, and wellness technology platforms to track client preferences, appointments, recommendations, and follow-ups.
Ongoing Learning
Stay current on Supernatural services, protocols, treatments, and emerging trends in longevity, wellness, recovery, aesthetics, and health optimization.
Events & Community Support
Assist with wellness events, educational workshops, client activations, and brand experiences as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a wellness, medical aesthetics, fitness, health, hospitality, concierge, or client-facing role.
- Strong interest in longevity, functional wellness, aesthetics, recovery, biohacking, or personalized health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, polished, professional, and client-first approach.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Comfortable discussing wellness goals and recommending services in a consultative way.
- Experience with CRM, booking, or health-tech platforms is an asset.
- Background in kinesiology, nutrition, health sciences, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Sales, membership, or client retention experience is considered a strong asset.
