- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team coordination
- Prior experience in road construction with watermains, storm and sewers is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Should have own safety boots, safety vests and hard hats
- Have a valid license and be able to get to various work sites.
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
