We are seeking an experienced Grill Cook to oversee a key station in our kitchen. This role requires precision, consistency, and a strong understanding of cooking proteins to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all grilled items with accuracy and consistency
- Ensure proper cooking temperatures and refined presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
- Work closely with the culinary team to deliver a seamless service
- Assist with other stations and duties as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience on a grill station in a high-volume or upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and timing
- Ability to perform under pressure with attention to detail
- Commitment to quality and consistency
- Local experience in a reputable restaurant
