About the Role:
We are looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician to join our onsite team. You will provide hands-on technical support and maintenance for desktops/laptops, mobile devices, printers, fax machines, software, networking, and phones.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support and troubleshoot IT-related problems in person.
- Repair and build system hardware.
- Assist with software installations and updates.
- Support internal team members with technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and resolutions.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong Windows 11 support experience within a business environment.
- Beginner knowledge of Windows Server (2019 and up), including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Proficient support experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with RMM tools and ticketing systems.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence (G2 or greater) and reliable vehicle.
