Duties
- Supervise daily food service operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- Manage team members by coordinating schedules, providing training, and conducting interviews to build a motivated and skilled staff
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Monitor customer interactions to deliver outstanding hospitality and resolve any service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health standards
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to optimize operational efficiency
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment with strong team management skills
- Extensive food industry experience including food preparation, cooking, and restaurant operations
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for efficient transaction processing
- Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team through effective communication, training, and performance management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling techniques, and kitchen safety protocols
- Experience in interviewing potential staff members and supporting their onboarding process
- Barista experience or bar service background is a plus for versatile beverage service skills

Pay: $20.60-$28.00 per hour
