Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to students and families navigating school applications, while also collaborating with educational institutions to develop effective strategies and solutions.
The ideal candidate must know both English & Chinese, has a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, first-hand consultation to students and families regarding school selection, academic planning, and application strategies
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of local and international schools, programs, and admission requirements to confidently advise and recommend suitable options
- Proactively engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and effectively present and promote appropriate educational programs and services
- Review and assess student documents for school applications and admissions
- Guide students through the full application process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness
- Track and follow up on application statuses with schools and keep families informed throughout the process
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate student class sessions and academic activities
- Send reminders and ensure students attend scheduled classes and meetings on time
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and teachers regarding progress and updates
- Prepare and provide reports on student progress and application status as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools and institutions
- Collaborate with educational institutions to assess needs and develop tailored solutions
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve student outcomes and services
- Stay current with educational trends, curriculum updates, and admission requirements
- KPI: Demonstrate strong sales acumen, with the ability to confidently guide prospective families through the decision-making process, effectively communicate value, and convert leads into enrolled clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience as educational consultant or strong knowledge of local and international school curricula and application processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking abilities
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for education and commitment to student success

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
