We’re seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to assist with residential water heater installations, furnace servicing, and general HVAC/gas fitting work. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, takes direction well, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed technician with installations, maintenance, and job site preparation
- Load/unload tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and vehicles
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow all safety and company procedures
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Punctual and dependable — shows up ready to work every day
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction is an asset but not required
