We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, professional, and committed to promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being through therapeutic massage treatments.
This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. We strive to provide a welcoming, calming environment where both clients and practitioners can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments using techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, and sports massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment notes.
- Educate clients on home care, stretching, posture correction, and wellness recommendations.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a relaxing, professional atmosphere.
- Stay current with industry standards and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) license in good standing.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards.
- Experience in a clinic, spa, or wellness setting is an asset, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
