Pay Rates
Afternoon Shift: $20.50/hour (Immediate Openings Available!)
Day Shift: $20.00/hour

Day Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift Hiring Immediately
- Monday to Thursday
- 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools
- Use power tools such as drills, saws, and other shop equipment
- Assemble and build high-quality products
- Inspect products and maintain quality standards
- Identify issues and communicate with supervisors and team leads
- Support continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous experience in woodworking, construction, carpentry, framing, cabinet making, or a related trade
✔ Experience using hand and power tools
✔ At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
✔ High School Diploma or GED preferred
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
✔ Reliable transportation to support shift requirements
