We are seeking a caring and experienced Care Aide to join our team in providing essential support to our clients. We are searching for caregivers located or willing to drive to Warman.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Administer medications accurately and monitor health conditions.
- Support clients with dementia, disabilities, or other special needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in personal care, assisted living, or nursing home settings.
- Knowledge of medication administration and dementia care.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Certification in caregiving or relevant training is an asset.
