OSPIKA ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS HIRING!
Job Title: Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT)
Location: Prince George, BC
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Shift: 8-10 hr shifts
We have proudly served the Prince George area for more than 30 years. We are a full service, companion animal veterinary hospital staffed by a team of skilled and caring professionals who are committed to excellence in veterinary medicine.
Here’s our story...
We are Lisa (RVT) and Heather (DVM). Together, in December 2024, we bought the practice with the mission of creating growth opportunities for vets, RVT’s and the support team, and ultimately saving as many animals as we can! We love a challenge and we want to do the hard work of owning a practice while creating a collaborative team environment that supports one another to do our best work. We want to build a team with goals to elevate veterinary medicine and are looking for you to help us.
The opportunity...
We want you to tell us what you love doing in veterinary medicine and run with it. Whether that means becoming an amazing surgical tech, or working within palliative care, virtual care or shelter medicine, or perhaps leading a care team, tell us where you see your future heading. We truly believe RVT voices are critical to a hospital and need to be heard. New graduates are welcome to apply, and mentorship is available to help you build confidence and thrive in your career. We love mentoring and welcome growth so your goals are not only supported but encouraged. We’re located in the city of Prince George, BC where it is affordable to live, fun, great for families and perfect for a new adventure. We practice to AAHA standards so you’ll get to stand up for your patients in the best way possible. We have all the exciting equipment you’d expect to find in a hospital. We’re technology savvy and have optimized our systems so you can spend more time doing what you do best and less energy on time consuming admin tasks.
