Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior culienery background french and italin food background <PERSON> to lead our team in delivering exceptional food service and hospitality. Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation practices are followed in compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate food service activities, including serving guests and managing customer interactions
- Assist in training staff on food safety procedures, hospitality standards, and operational protocols
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen cleanliness
- Support restaurant management in implementing policies, resolving customer issues, and optimizing workflow
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Extensive restaurant management experience with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and regulations
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for serving guests and team coordination
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
