Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to manage daily administrative operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in bookkeeping, and a solid understanding of office procedures. This role plays a key part in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software
- Process payroll and assist with employee records and HR documentation
- Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Track expenses, prepare budgets, and support financial planning
- Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of supplies and services
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training initiatives
- Assist with clerical tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Provide administrative support to management
Skills
- Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong understanding of payroll and HR documentation processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
