Relaxation Island is hiring an energetic and customer-focused team member to join us during the 2026 Calgary Stampede at the BMO Centre from July 2–12, 2026.
As a long-standing exhibitor at major consumer events, we are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, providing excellent customer service, and helping visitors discover products that may benefit them. This is a face-to-face role in a busy event environment where strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Introduce visitors to our product line through one on one live demonstrations
- Welcome guests to the booth and create a positive customer experience
- Explain product features and benefits in a clear and engaging way
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with purchasing decisions
- Help maintain a professional and organized display area
- Work collaboratively with the event team throughout the show
Ideal Candidate
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with the public
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Able to stand and remain active during event hours
- Previous retail, customer service, promotional, or sales experience is an asset but not required

This position requires attendance for the entire event period:
Candidates must be available for both the training session and all scheduled event days.
