Our company located in Midland Ontario, has been in operations since 1954 completing process of stamping and pressing of steel into seat belt components by way of bio solvents in our processes of plating Chrome/Nickel and Zinc products to support manufacturing plants globally.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Must be able to rack parts firmly and properly to ensure proper contact.
- Visually check and remove misplaced, rusty or bad parts and place in reject bucket.
- Must be able to manually un-rack parts, remove any visibly defective parts and place them in reject pail.
- Capable of performing rack changes.
- Capable of operating jib boom hoist if required.
- Able to pack parts into container and stack containers onto skids.
- Report any process quality or equipment problems to set-up person.
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow all safe operating procedures and best work practices.
- Contribute to maintaining TS16949 and ISO140001 certification.
- Work rotating shifts and some overtime as required.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Developmental requirements:
- Training required prior to operating jib boom.
- Training required prior to operating rack changer.
- Training required prior to operate tilt tables.
Pay: From $23.02 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
