About the Supervisor Role:
- A full-time position consisting of 2 roles:
- Part-time Supervisory role (2-3 shifts per week) – paid at $20/hour, in a management role (no gratuities).
- Part-time Serving or Bartending (as many other shifts as you would like to round out your full-time schedule up to 44 hours per week) – paid at $17.95/hour + gratuities.
Supervisor Qualifications:
- You have a minimum of 2 years Serving and/or Bartending experience in a comparable full-service restaurant environment
- You may have previous restaurant supervisory or management experience
- You are looking for career development & growth into a full-time management role
- You have full-time, flexible availability
- You are Smart Serve certified

This is a pre-hiring initiative - Beertown Peterborough will be opening October 2026. Training start dates for all Front of House positions will begin as of October 6th, 2026.
