About the Opportunity
This role is ideal for a polished, detail‑oriented aesthetician who is passionate about elevated, whole‑facial skincare rituals. You understand that beauty is a ritual — and you treat it with artistry, care, and respect.
You also demonstrate confident, intuitive skincare sales skills, with the ability to educate clients, guide product selection, and support long‑term skincare plans through thoughtful recommendations. You approach sales as an extension of care — ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and inspired to invest in their skin health.
You work seamlessly within a team, contributing to a collaborative, supportive culture where communication, professionalism, and shared excellence are essential.
What You Bring
- Holistic Esthetician Certification or equivalent training
- Warm, composed, professional presence with exceptional client rapport
- Commitment to luxury‑level client care and immaculate service standards
- Ability to tailor treatments with intuition, precision, and artistry
- Sales experience with organic or medical grade skincare
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin health, and holistic modalities
- Ability to maintain a refined, organized treatment space
- Strong teamwork skills — collaborative, communicative, and aligned with company values
- Comfort working in a high‑touch, relationship‑driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Myofascial release
- Lymphatic drainage
- Experience with organic, clean‑beauty skincare philosophies
- Ability to educate clients on skincare rituals and product selection
