Summary:
Are you a Human Resources or Customer Service Professional who is tired of all of the upselling and cross selling of a call centre? We are a Human Resources company who is looking for associates who are interested in providing solutions to our clients.

Our people come with a wide variety of backgrounds: from retail or the food service industry, social services, Human Resources, sales, call centres and/or office environments. We hire people who go above and beyond to provide solutions to our clients.

We have 7.5-hour shifts available with your choice of 3, 4 or 5 days/week. Days, afternoon or overnight shifts available. We offer a shift premium for hours worked after 8pm. We also provide an additional shift premium for bilingual Spanish speaking CSR’s.

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who will be responding to calls (inbound only) from our client regarding their employees’ absences. We are looking to leverage your excellence in customer service and information management. There is no selling required in this role!

Our office operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling attendance support calls and accurately reporting all absences using our in house system
  • Respond to inbound calls from clients and their employees
  • Referring callers to other resources as appropriate
  • Complete call logs and follow-up as required
  • Special projects as required by our client
  • Adhere to your scheduled shift times
  • Assisting other Contact Centre teams as required
Succeeding as a Customer Service Representative will require the following core qualifications and skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills with a level of business acumen
  • 6 months’ plus experience in a customer service position
  • Effective verbal and written English skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is considered an asset
  • An intermediate understanding of personal computers and software, particularly MS Word, Excel and an ability to learn new software quickly
