Sterling Ford Sales is looking to add a customer-focused and results-driven individual, who speaks English and French, to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior dealership sales experience, understand the features and benefits of our inventory available for purchase and a demonstrated ability to communicate this information effectively to customers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Greeting customers as they appear on the lot and proceed into the sales process.
- Assisting customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
- Answering phone calls relating to car sale inquiries and keeping them informed with vehicle delivery and pick up.
- Maintaining a positive attitude for the benefits of our customers and fellow employees.
- Reading, understanding, and adhering to all rules, regulations and procedures as required by employer, and compliance with the requirement and regulations of OMVIC.
Position Requirements:
- OMVIC license
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
- Must have a valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s license.
- Computer literate and have basic math skills.
- 1 year of car sales experience.
- Bilingual mandatory (English & French).

Pay: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
