Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our REX Coaching program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, have a proven track record in sales, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our coaching programs to real estate professionals across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including social media, email marketing, networking events, and industry contacts.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Client Engagement:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific coaching needs and goals of potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate the value of REX Coaching programs through phone calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings.
- Sales Conversion:
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our coaching programs, addressing any objections or concerns potential clients may have.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Market Insights:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our coaching programs.
- Share feedback and insights with the team to continuously improve our offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and the challenges faced by real estate professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: $2,000.00-$3,000.00 per month

- Secondary School (preferred)
