Duties
- Prepare barista style coffee and speciality beverages using professional espresso machines
- Prepare and cook a variety of waffle dishes and other menu items with precision and care
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to handle customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen and dining area in accordance with health regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service environments, preferably within restaurants or hospitality settings
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen operations
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to lead by example in food safety practices and uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Hospitality background or hotel/Barista experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Fluency in English
