Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while meeting hotel brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and other assigned areas.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean windows and mirrors.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain cleaning supplies.
- Clean hallways, stairwells, and other public areas as assigned.
- Handle guest requests politely and professionally.
- Ensure lost and found items are reported according to hotel procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room assignment targets.
- Follow hotel policies and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical work, including bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Nice to Have
- WHMIS Certification
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
